Rice Noodles with Tomato and Oyster Mushroom

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them in half.

Boil the rice noodles in a pot of boiling water.

Rinse it with cold water and cross the cold river.

Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic.

Stir-fry the tomatoes and oyster mushrooms.

Add fish tofu.

Add 4 bowls of water and bring to a boil.

Add rice noodles and cook until re-boiled.
