Stewed Tremella with Rock Sugar and Sydney

After the white fungus is soaked, add some water and put it in a casserole, boil over high heat and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes

Add rock sugar and simmer for 15 minutes

Add the pears and simmer for another ten minutes

Add the washed gouqi and continue to simmer for five minutes
