Stewed Winter Melon with Minced Meat

1. Ingredients: winter melon, Jinhua ham slices, lean meat, garlic cloves.

2. Mince lean meat, shred ham slices, peel and cut winter melon into large cubes, and smash garlic cloves.

3. Add salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and pepper to the minced meat, stir well and marinate for a while.

4. Put a little oil in a hot pan, pour the minced garlic and sauté.

5. Add shredded ham.

7. Pour into the winter melon grains.

Tips:
