Stewed Winter Melon with Minced Meat

Ingredients: winter melon, Jinhua ham slices, lean meat, garlic cloves.

Mince lean meat, shred ham slices, peel and cut winter melon into large cubes, and smash garlic cloves.

Add salt, chicken powder, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and pepper to the minced meat, stir well and marinate for a while.

Put a little oil in a hot pan, pour the minced garlic and sauté.

Add shredded ham.

Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry for a while on high heat.

Pour into the winter melon grains.

Continue to stir fry until the ingredients reach 8 mature.

Add a large bowl of water or stock.

Mix well, cover the pot, and simmer on high heat for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
Both shredded ham and cured minced meat have a salty taste, do not add salt after cooking. Cut the winter melon cubes as small as possible to make them easy to cook.
