Stewed Yuzi Tofu with Peas and Shrimp

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the jade tofu into small pieces.

Dip the tofu with dried starch evenly.

Put a little more oil in the pan, add the jade tofu

Fry until golden on both sides.

The fried tofu is drained and placed in a plate.

Tips:
Yuzi tofu is very soft and fragile, so pay attention to it during the production process. The concentrated chicken juice is already salty, so do not add salt and chicken essence.
