Sticky Bean Buns

Wash and soak the red beans, peanuts and glutinous rice for 4 hours, and cook for 25 minutes.

Drain the beans out of the noodles, add an appropriate amount of sugar and mix well.

Take out the red dates and raisins and wash them aside.

Pour the red dates and raisins into a basin and stir well with the red beans.

Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, add small amounts several times, and add while stirring.

Tips:
1. The red beans must not be boiled for too long. They should be cooked. Try not to break the shell. Firstly, the bean paste will be easy to produce and lose nutrients. Secondly, the red beans will be too sticky.
2. The glutinous rice flour should be added several times in small amounts, while stirring, so that it is not too wet or too dry, and it is easy to clump.
