Sticky Rice Cake
1.
Lay out chopped walnuts and candied dates (you can replace them with other things, such as raisins or dried red dates, and various nuts)
2.
Mix 180 glutinous rice flour with sugar and prepare coconut milk
3.
Stir while pouring to make a paste (not too thick or too thin, refer to the picture)
4.
Pour in an appropriate amount of oil and stir evenly
5.
Pour into the baking pan with chopped walnuts and chopped dates
6.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, take out the cake after 20 minutes and let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
7.
Stir-fry the glutinous rice flour and set aside
8.
In order to prevent stickiness when cutting, you can treat the cut noodles with fried glutinous rice flour. It is not recommended to throw it directly into the powder for dipping. You can use your hand to dip some powder and wipe the sticky area.
