Stir-fried Amaranth

Pick vegetables (mainly to remove yellow leaves and older parts, and break a vegetable) and clean

Flatten the garlic, peel and cut into cubes

Put oil into the pot on low heat and add garlic granules until fragrant

After smelling the garlic, adjust to high heat and pour in amaranth
