Stir-fried Asparagus with Fresh Lily

Fresh lily is vacuum-packed, open to wash and drain.

Wash asparagus and cut into diagonal sections, and slice carrots.

Boil the asparagus and carrots in a pot with water and blanch them for 1 minute.

Prepare minced garlic.
5.
Add oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, then add fresh lilies and stir fry for 1 minute (lilies are easy to ripen).

Then add the blanched asparagus and carrots and stir fry, reduce a little salt to serve.

The spring dish is finished.
