Stir-fried Bacon with Water Spinach

1. Prepare convolvulus stems.

2. Cut the water spinach stalks flat, dice the millet pepper, and shred the bacon for later use.

3. Don't add oil when the pan is hot, just put the bacon and stir fry.

4. After the bacon is out of oil, stir fry with millet pepper.

5. Next, stir-fry the water spinach stalks together, then stir-fry the chicken powder and sugar for a few times.

6. Serve it directly and serve it. This dish has the aroma of bacon and is very spicy.
