Stir-fried Bean Shoots with Sausage

Soak the bamboo shoots in cold water overnight.

Cut the soaked bamboo shoots diagonally into thin strips.

Cut the spicy sausage into thick strips.

Wash the garlic sprouts, cut them in half, and cut into sections.

Preheat the wok, pour a little oil, add the sausage and stir fry.

Fry until the fat of the sausage becomes transparent, pour in shredded bean shoots and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
