After washing the bean sprouts, boil them in boiling water and let them cool for use.
2.
Before using the pho, separate them one by one, then pour some oil and mix well, so as to prevent the pho from sticking together (not too much when pouring the oil, or it will be very greasy after being fried)
3.
Cut beef into thin slices, marinate with cooking wine, starch, light soy sauce for about 20 minutes
4.
Ingredients that need to be prepared
5.
Fried eggs over low fire, divide the fried eggs into small pieces
6.
Pour in the oil and evenly attach the oil around the wok (there is no ability to turn the pan, so I picked up the pan and shake it to attach it to the surroundings) When the oil is hot, put the onion and sauté
7.
After sauteing the onions, pour the fried egg and ham and stir fry together. Be careful to turn on a low heat. The ham is easy to stick to the pan.
8.
Then put the marinated beef on medium-high heat, stir-fry until it is half-cooked, then add the seasoning
9.
Pour a spoonful of cooking wine
10.
Put a total of 2 scoops of light soy sauce, one scoop now, and one scoop to save after adding the pho
11.
Pour in bean sprouts and stir fry
12.
Turn the heat from medium to low, pour in the pho, use chopsticks during the process of frying the pho, so as not to turn the noodles.
13.
Quickly disperse the pho with chopsticks, stir fry all the ingredients evenly and mix together
14.
Add another spoonful of oyster sauce
15.
Pour garlic and a spoonful of light soy sauce before turning off the heat and stir fry
16.
Sprinkle some pepper and stir fry quickly evenly
17.
Load the plate and start the journey of eating......
