Stir-fried Beef Tendon with Garlic Leaves

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the water, pour in the ginger and cooking wine, add the beef tendon and simmer for 15 minutes;

Take out the cold water and chop finely;

Cut the ingredients and set aside;

Lift the pot and drain the oil;
5.
Put the beef tendon in the oil and stir fry continuously;

Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and other seasonings, and then add garlic leaves;
7.
Continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes to get out of the pot;
Tips:
1. Note that beef tendon is not easy to boil, so it is best to press it down in advance with a pressure cooker;
