The white chili my mother made by herself can be cooked with many ingredients. It tastes spicy and super easy to eat. I have the opportunity to post about the method of making white chili."

Stir-fried Beef Tendon with White Pepper

1. Cut cooked beef tendon into small slices, slice ginger and garlic, wash star anise and cinnamon

2. White pepper chopped

3. Heat oil from the pan, add star anise, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, and saute

4. Add the beef tendon and stir fry until the beef tendon is slightly charred

5. Cook in the right amount of cooking wine and saute until fragrant

6. Add a little oyster sauce, a little salt and stir well

7. Add a little water and simmer for two to three minutes to dry (the beef tendon is very chewy and not easy to bite, and the beef tendon will become softer by simmering)

8. After the water is dry, add the white pepper and stir fry for a while

9. Add green onion, a little chicken essence and stir well
