Stir-fried Beef with Cashew Nuts

Lean beef, cashew nuts, dried chili, diced onion, diced red pepper, diced green pepper, ginger slice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, salt, chicken essence, sugar, pepper, water starch, cooking oil.

Cut the dried chili into cubes with scissors.

Dice beef and set aside.
