Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Dace in Black Bean Sauce

Wash the bitter gourd and cut into strips for later use. Tear the dace in tempeh into small pieces for later use.

Put salt in boiling water and blanch the bitter gourd for five minutes to remove. Rinse with cold water for 1 minute. (Forgot to take pictures) Stir the garlic in a hot oil pan and stir fry the bitter gourd.

Pour in the minced carp, stir fry until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer for 3 minutes, add a little sugar, and stir-fry on a plate.
