Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Tempeh Pepper

Prepare materials.

Wash the bitter gourd and cut off the roots at both ends, cut in half along the long side, and dig out the seed flesh.

Cut the bitter gourd into slices.

Remove the seeds and shred the peppers.

Remove the roots of garlic cloves, wash and cut into thin slices.

Put oil in a pot, heat up, and sauté the garlic slices and spicy tempeh until fragrant.

Add bitter gourd and stir-fry on medium-to-small heat. After a few minutes, let the moisture on the surface dry and the skin is slightly wrinkled.

Finally, add hot peppers and stir fry (you can add some sugar if you are afraid of bitterness), add a little salt to the pan.
Tips:
1 When handling bitter gourd, scrape the inner membrane of bitter gourd as much as possible so that some bitterness can be removed.
2 The spicy tempeh will be more fragrant.
3 It is best to put more garlic slices.
