Stir-fried Black and White Dishes

Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, soaked black fungus

Wash and slice Chinese cabbage

Boil water in a pot, blanch the cabbage slices until they are broken, remove the cold water

Dry the water and set aside

Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add black fungus and stir fry

Cooking soy sauce

Add spare cabbage slices

Tips:
1. Black fungus should be soaked and washed in advance.
