Stir-fried Blue Beans with Snow Fungus and Lotus Root

When the snow fungus is soaked, cut off the stem and cut into small pieces. Peel the lotus root into slices. Remove the shredded snow peas and cut them in half.

In the hot pan, fry the garlic until fragrant, then pour all the ingredients into the pan and stir fry.

Add seasonings, cover and simmer for a while.

Finally add some oil to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Snow fungus, lotus root, and blue beans all need to be braised before they are delicious, and a thin layer of glutinous rice at the end can make the taste more even.
