Stir-fried Broad Beans with Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: Broad bean meat (washed)

Kaiyang (already soaked)

Leek Sprouts

Wash the leek sprouts and remove them.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the broad bean meat and the soaked open ocean and stir fry.
