Lamb's Tail Bamboo Shoot and Broad Bean Night Blossom Soup

Ingredients: night flowering, broad bean meat (washed), lamb tail bamboo shoots (soaked to remove excess salt)

Peel the night blossoms and wash them.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Tear off the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots, place them on a chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the cut night blossoms and stir fry.

Next, add some water to a boil.

Then, combine the panned broad bean meat and the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots, stir and boil until cooked.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Season to mix and serve.
