Stir-fried Bullfrog

Kill the bullfrogs bought in the market, take them home, cut the ginger shreds, add starch, cooking wine, and egg whites to marinate for a while.

Cut the pepper and garlic stalks into small pieces.

Raise a pot to burn oil, a big fire.

When the oil is 60% hot, add the chili and garlic stalks and stir-fry them.

Leave the oil in the pot. When the oil is 80% hot, add the bullfrog and stir fry evenly.

Add chili and garlic stalks and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, and cook.
Tips:
Bullfrogs must be marinated with starch, cooking wine, and egg whites for a while. The fried bullfrogs are more tender and will not grow old.
