Flame Bullfrog
1. Bullfrog chopped into pieces
2. Add salt and pepper powder and starch cooking wine and stir well and marinate for 20 minutes
3. The marinated bullfrogs are fried in the pan until browned
4. Pour the ingredients into the pot and stir fry until fragrant
5. Pour in the fried bullfrog
6. Add seasonings and stir fry evenly out of the pan
