This weekend, my husband is cooking, and my cook is off today, haha. I ran into the kitchen to see what delicious food he prepared for us. I saw a cabbage, oh, that’s it. However, cabbage can be eaten more. It is dry in autumn and winter and it moisturizes the intestines well. It is said that cabbage can also prevent cancer.
When I went to the kitchen, I didn’t see him preparing ginger, garlic and chili. I said, how do you fry it like this. He has always liked homemade chopped peppers at home. Today, chopped peppers are on the market. Homemade chopped peppers contain ginger and garlic. What? No, cooking is too easy. Then he prepared a bit of meat, haha, my family is not happy with no meat. Even a stir-fried cabbage is added with meat. When it is fried, chopped pepper and vinegar are added. I think this is hot and sour cabbage. His actions were so fast, he was so busy taking pictures of me, why didn’t he cooperate so well, just look at these photos... the scent of the stir-fried quickly came out, haha, this Stir-fried cabbage, the taste is amazing!
