Stir-fried Cauliflower

Cut green onion, ginger, and chili.

Cut the cauliflower, soak in salt water for 10 minutes, and rinse.

Heat oil in a pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger, chili, and of course, a few peppercorns, sauté fragrant and add salt.

Pour the cauliflower and stir fry to change the color and add a few drops of soy sauce. Continue to stir fry and stir-fry with chicken essence.
Tips:
Those who like spicy flavors only need to add more pepper and dried chilies when the oil is heating up!
