Stir-fried Cauliflower

Slice ginger, garlic cloves, and cut red pepper into strips.

Wash the cauliflower and tear it into small flowers.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok. After the oil is hot, add the cauliflower and stir-fry until the edges of the cauliflower are burnt. Set aside.

Pour vegetable oil into the wok, add pepper, ginger and garlic slices when the oil is hot, and stir-fry the shrimp skins until fragrant.

Pour the red pepper strips and stir fry for a spicy taste.

Pour in cauliflower, add refined salt, pour in a little bit of soy sauce and stir well.
