Stir-fried Celery with Pen Tube

Wash celery and cut into sections

Put water in the pot and boil
3.
Add the celery and remove it in about 1 minute

Control dry water for later use

The pen tube removes the intestines and washes it for later use

Sliced ginger

Pour into the pot

Add ginger slices and sauté

Pour the fish and stir fry a few times, add the rice wine to remove the fishy, and wait for the micro-roll to serve

Pour oil in the pot again

Add the celery and stir-fry for about 1 minute

Add the pen tube and stir well
13.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste
14.
Stir fry evenly out of the pan
Tips:
1 Be sure to control the season well, the taste of the pen tube will deteriorate after a long time. 2 If you don’t like soy sauce, you can omit the light soy sauce
