The pickled capers in my own house are delicious and clean. If you want to eat, grab a handful, and then have a piece of sour ginger and stir-fry with chicken gizzards. It's really good! "

Stir-fried Chicken Gizzards with Capers

1. Materials ready

2. Cut sour cowpea into one-centimeter-long pieces, cut sour ginger into small cubes, mince garlic, mince chili, and slice chicken gizzard

3. Put a little oil in the pot

4. Put all the ingredients except the chicken gizzards into the pot and stir fry for one minute

5. Pour in the chicken gizzards and continue to stir fry

6. When the chicken gizzards are slightly discolored, add salt, light soy sauce, and water

7. Stir well

8. Cover and simmer for two minutes

9. Open the lid and stir-fry evenly. It can be taken out of the pot directly, or the excess water vapor can be stirred to evaporate

10. Serving

Tips:

Chicken gizzards must be thinly sliced so that they are easy to cook when braised. Do not over-wash the capers, otherwise the sour taste will be lost.
