The simple Chinese cabbage is indispensable on the table for every meal. I have eaten a lot of chicken, duck and fish at my mother-in-law's these days. I really miss this Chinese cabbage. I fried a large plate at noon. It is more popular than duck!

Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage

1. Wash the cabbage and drain the water

2. Hot oil pan

3. Pour the cabbage in

4. Stir fry quickly and let it heat evenly

5. Season with salt

6. Add chicken essence

7. Stir fry evenly

8. Just out of the pot

Tips:

Don't stir-fry the cabbage for a long time, it will taste delicious when it is fried quickly.
