Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Kimchi Sauce

Prepare ingredients: Chinese cabbage, kimchi sauce; PS: This Chinese cabbage is more than 500 grams and can be eaten separately.

Pluck the Chinese cabbage leaves, wash one by one, and cut into sections;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the Chinese cabbage; PS: You can fry the Chinese cabbage stalks for a while, and then put the leaf segments.

Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage until it is eighth mature, add kimchi sauce and change to medium heat

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat until the cabbage is cooked.
Tips:
1. Chinese cabbage should be sweet only if it is tender and yellow, and green and white leaves are not sweet;
2. Make big fire when frying Chinese cabbage;
3. After adding the kimchi sauce, change to medium heat.
