Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Lean Pork and Sour Beans

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage.

Sour beans.

Lean meat slices.
4.
Wash the Chinese cabbage.
5.
Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the tamarind beans on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lean pork slices, add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Then, add the Chinese cabbage and stir fry until it is broken.

Then, stir-fry the sour striped beans.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.
