Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Tofu in Oil

Wash the Chinese cabbage and oily tofu.

Shred the oily tofu and cut the garlic into pieces.
3.
Shred Chinese cabbage.
4.
Put lard in the pot and add garlic until fragrant.
5.
Stir in the oily tofu and Chinese cabbage for two to three minutes.
6.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
7.
Add salt and stir-fry.
8.
Add fish sauce and stir-fry.
9.
Add some chopped green onion when serving.
