Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Tomato

Wash the red cabbage and tomatoes; wash and blanch the broccoli with cold water to control the moisture.

Cut the cabbage into thin slices, cut the tomato into pieces, and slice the onion and garlic.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the peppercorns, then take them out and discard. Saute the shallots and garlic slices, add the tomatoes and stir fry to make the soup.
