Stir-fried Chives with Blood Tofu

Cut two pieces of blood tofu into thick slices

Add water to a pot and boil, add the blood tofu to blanch for one minute, remove the cold water and drain the water for later use

Remove the old leaves of the leeks, wash them and soak them in clean water for 20 minutes, control the moisture and cut them into sections

Chopped green onion and garlic sliced and set aside

Adjust the bowl of juice: put an appropriate amount of starch in the bowl, add salt, chicken essence, white pepper, cooking wine, delicious soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, water and stir well

Add vegetable oil in a hot pot to sauté the chopped green onion and garlic slices
7.
Add the blood tofu and stir fry evenly
8.
Pour in the adjusted bowl of juice and continue to stir fry evenly
9.
Add the leek segments and stir-fry again to get out of the pot
