Stir-fried Chowder

1. Cut the onion, green pepper, and carrot into small strips. (This green pepper is almost turning into red pepper after 1 week in the refrigerator.)

2. Wash the baby corn.

3. Mince garlic.

4. Remove the roots of white jade mushroom and wash.

5. Heat the oil pan and sauté the minced garlic

6. Fry the carrots until they are slightly soft.

7. Add onions and green peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes.

8. Stir fry with white jade mushrooms and bamboo shoots.

9. Add the abalone juice and stir-fry with sugar.

10. Stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked

11. You can eat a variety of vegetables at once.
