Stir-fried Choy Sum with Mushrooms

Prepare the ingredients, first wash the shuzi mushroom and choy sum.

First cut the choy sum, green onion, and dried red spicy into small pieces.

Put water in the pot, add a little salt and a little cooking oil, boil the cabbage first, remove it when it is greener, and throw in cold water to control the water.

Boil the sliders for another minute.

Put oil in the pot, heat the oil and sauté the shallots and dried red pepper.

Add the nameko mushrooms, add a little salt, and stir-fry the chicken noodles evenly.
7.
Add the choy sum and stir-fry, add a little sesame oil.
Tips:
The scallop mushrooms and the cabbage are 80% cooked when they are blanched in water. It doesn’t take too long to stir-fry. I use the non-spicy dried chilli. You can leave it alone. I added some oyster sauce. It tastes fresh, but the vegetables are delicious. The color doesn't look good without extra time.
