Stir-fried Clams

Chop chopped green onion, chili, and garlic, chop ginger into shreds, stir-fry in a frying pan

Wash the clams and filter out the water, then pour them into the pot and stir-fry on high heat until each clam is open (some bad ones are not open), add salt and black pepper to taste, and add a little green onion and cooked sesame 30 seconds before the pan is out. Just mix it well out of the pot
