Stir-fried Corn Kernels

Frozen cooked sticky corn kernels, without thawing, put them in a pot of cold water and boil

Remove, drain and set aside

Dice cucumber and carrot
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the carrots

Stir-fried red oil

Diced Cucumber

Stir fry for two minutes

Corn kernels

Stir-fry for one minute, add salt and sugar, and stir well

Add water starch, thicken the thick gorgon

Stir-fry well out of the pot
Tips:
1. Be sure to stir fry with light vegetable oil
2. More sugar and less salt, the finished product is more delicious if it has a sweet taste
3. Be sure to thicken the thick gorgon, the finished product will be brighter
