Corn Snow Peas

1. Freeze cooked sticky corn kernels, and choose clean snow peas.

2. Bring water to a boil, add salt and oil.

3. Blanch the snow peas for no more than a minute.

4. Take out the cold water.

5. Blanch the frozen corn kernels to save time for thawing.

6. Fill the pot with oil and heat it up, and add chopped green onion.

7. Add snow peas and stir fry a few times.

8. Add corn kernels and stir fry a few times.

9. Season with salt and stir-fry well.
