Stir Fried Crab with Curry
1.
The king crabs that I bought back are cooked and frozen, naturally thawed
2.
Remove the inedible part of the crab, and break off the long crab legs for another use
3.
Cut the crab body into small pieces, break the crab claws into a large bowl
4.
Add some starch and mix well. It is best to stick the exposed crab meat with starch
5.
Put a little salad oil in the pot, fry the crab meat face down and seal, remove and set aside
6.
In another oil pan, saute the ginger and garlic slices, then add the curry cubes and stir-fry over low heat
7.
Then add an appropriate amount of water to boil
8.
Add the fried crab pieces
9.
Add some cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir fry for a while until the curry sauce thickens
10.
Cut the green and red peppers in advance, and finally sprinkle with the green and red peppers and stir well.
11.
Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
This dish is mainly seasoned with curry, no salt is added, and you can adjust it according to the taste of your curry.
