Stir-fried Dried Clams with Green Pepper

1. Soak dry clams overnight

2. Wash and shred green peppers

3. The soaked dried clams should be carefully washed off the sand.
Put water, ginger, cooking wine, washed clams in a pot and cook for 20-30 minutes to remove.

4. Sliced ginger, minced garlic

5. Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic
