This year’s scorching heat seems to have come earlier, it’s really hot! After 7 o’clock in the morning, the skin was red from the sun, and my clothes were soaked with sweat for about an hour in the morning. I drank a lot of water after exercise, but I didn’t have any appetite. The same is true for my family. Rice sales are much less. A large bowl of rice. Enough for a family to eat for a day. In winter, maybe one meal is finished. In this case, today I tried to cook a pot of white porridge. There are some dried radishes made by my sister-in-law in the refrigerator, and I made a small stir-fry with Wang’s five bacon , Hey~ This is the little stir-fry with white porridge. My family has eaten a lot. My daughter even scooped out the porridge and rice crust sticking to the pot and ate it with a spoon. Haha...

Tips:

Tips for food: The bacon is relatively salty. Soak it in clean water and wash for about 20 minutes, then put it in a pot of boiling water and boil it softly. The softened bacon is easy to cut, and the saltiness is greatly reduced. Steamed in a steamer and stir-fried with dried radishes. Since the dried radishes made at home are not salty, if you buy it from outside, it is better to pair with fresh radishes~
