Stir-fried Eel with Onion

1. Prepare the ingredients: Soak the eel shreds in clean water for about 10 minutes, and cut into thin filaments. Wash and shred the onion

2. Put oil in the pot, boil it to 50% heat, then pour in the eel, stir fry constantly to prevent the pot from sticking

3. Add the shredded onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Add the cooking wine, Haitian Ling and add the first soy sauce and sugar, stir and stir evenly
