Stir-fried Fish

Shopping fish cut into sections

Add a variety of accessories to grab the taste

Add the flavourful and rock sugar soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes until it tastes delicious

Scallion garlic red pepper cut into sections

Stir fragrant chili and pepper in a hot pot with cold oil, then add green onion and garlic to continue saute

Put it in the fish section and stir-fry the anti-stick pan. If it feels too dry, add a little boiling water. Be careful not to add too much, but add a few more times at a time.

You can add coriander just before it is out of the pot to embellish it beautifully
