Stir-fried Fresh Shells with Seasonal Vegetables

1. Materials ready

2. Put the fresh shells in a bowl, add a little salt, cooking wine, mix well, and marinate for a while

3. Slice green onion, slice ginger

4. Shred snow peas and slice carrots

5. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the shallots and ginger slices

6. Stir-fry with carrots and snow peas

7. Add the senbei and stir-fry evenly

8. Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

9. Add a pinch of salt

10. Add water starch and heat up the juice

Tips:

Don’t make the water starch too thick, otherwise it tastes bad
