Stir-fried Fusilli with Leek

Wash the snail meat with flour.

Pour the hot oil in the pan and stir fry the snail meat.
3.
Add chili, garlic, ginger and stir fry evenly.
4.
Add the fermented rice and simmer for a while.
5.
Add leeks and stir-fry.
6.
Add a pinch of salt to taste.
