Stir-fried Garlic Lettuce
1.
One spoonful of oyster sauce, mince two cloves of garlic.
2.
Wash the lettuce. For home cooking, I like to cut it. The stems and leaves are separated, which makes it easier to stir-fry in the pot.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil. Put a teaspoon of oil in the wok, add half of the minced garlic in the oil and fry until fragrant.
4.
Keep the fire all the way. First add the lettuce leaf stems and stir fry two or three times.
5.
Then stir fry the lower leaves.
6.
Leave a leaf to wipe the oyster sauce in the bowl. I usually cook vegetables directly from the oyster sauce bottle on the shovel.
7.
Add minced garlic in oyster sauce and stir fry evenly. The whole cooking time is very short, only about one and a half minutes. Stir-fry on high heat. Turn quickly by hand, so that the lettuce is evenly heated in the pot.
8.
The lettuce stir-fried in this way is bright in color, crispy and not soupy, and very refreshing.
