Stir-fried Gassho Melon with Chicken Drumsticks

Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces and marinate for a while with light soy sauce, white sugar and pepper.

Cut the gassho melon into thin slices (very tender, no need to peel and core).

Use a teaspoon of spicy sauce, a little light soy sauce, sugar, and a little water to make a juice for later use.

Fry the chicken thighs in a hot pan over high heat.

Fry both sides until golden brown, then pour the spicy sauce and simmer for a while.

Pour the gassed melon and stir fry.

Stir-fry the noodles evenly, then turn off the heat and serve.
