Stir-fried Grapefruit Peel

After peeling the grapefruit, peel off the skin and cut into pieces.

Soak in clean water for several hours.

Put it in a pot and boil for about 20 minutes.

Drain the grapefruit peel and cut into small pieces. (Because the grapefruit skin becomes swollen after boiling)

Heat the pan with more oil than stir-fry and add garlic to explode the aroma.

Add the grapefruit zest and stir fry.

After stirring evenly, pour in the seasoning and stir fry for a while, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
8.
Turn off the heat and serve when the grapefruit peel looks soft.
