Stir-fried Green Cabbage

Main and auxiliary materials: green cabbage, pepper, red pepper

Break the green cabbage into lumps, soak and wash, and drain the water.

Shred the red pepper.

Heat oil, add pepper, sauté until fragrant.

Add red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add green cabbage.

Vigorous, fast and repeated stir fry.

Stir-fry until the green cabbage is stubborn, add some salt to taste, stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. When starting to fry pepper and chili, use low heat to prevent frying.
2. After the green cabbage is put in the pot, it must be stir-fried with high heat to make it dehydrated quickly.
