Stir-fried Green Kale with Tomatoes

Wash and cut green cabbage.

Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add green cabbage and blanch until cooked. Remove and set aside.

Heat oil, fry the scallion chopped green onion, add the shrimp skin and fry until fragrant.

Add spare green cabbage.

Stir fry evenly.

Season with salt and sugar.

Add tomatoes.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.
10.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Light soy sauce is not suitable for this dish.
2. It is not necessary to put shrimp skins.
